Terry Molnar, Ph.D. Has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. His particular interests include working with children-of-divorce, stepfamilies and parenting issues. He also treats attention-deficit disorders, mood disorders and anxiety disorders.

Pamela Jones, Psy.D. Has over 20 years of experience with psychological assessment and psycho-therapy. While Dr. Jones is a generalist in her practice, she has special interests in forensic services, bereavement, and depression/ anxiety.

Kay Francis, M.A. LMFT Kay Francis is a psychotherapist with over 30-years counseling experience with couples, individuals, families and business. She holds a B.S. in Social Work and an M.S. in Counseling and Guidance. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and Past Florida State President for AAMFT.


Lanny Bolling, Psy.D. holds a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Arts degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Lanny was awarded the Mentoring and Project Chair Scholarship at Xavier University for her work with substance abusing women with a background of trauma. She was certified as a substance abuse counselor through the Virginia Center for Credentialing and Education. She has experience providing treatment for individuals struggling with alcohol and drug problems, and also conducting alcohol and drug assessments. In addition, Lanny has interests working with individuals affected by anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and anger management issues.

Shana V. Hamilton-Lockwood, Ph.D. holds a Doctorate of Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis and a Master of Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University. Shana completed a 2 year program at The University of Minnesota Medical School at the Program of Human Sexuality. She is trained as a general psychologist and treats anxiety and depression as well as trauma, men's issues and women's issues. Shana is a certified sex therapist through AASECT and treats sexual disorders, couples issues, issues around fertility, sexual addiction/compulsive sexual behavior and fetishes. Shana has worked with people from the BDSM community and the polyamory community. As a multicultural therapist, diversity and culture are very important in therapy. She provides a safe therapeutic environment to individuals who identify as transgender, gender variant or LGBQ.

 Lindsey Kontovich, LPC-MHSP holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a M.Ed from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has over 10 years of experience working with children who have experienced trauma and have been in the custody of the state. Lindsey is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also has experience working with children who have depression and anxiety as well as mood disorders. Melissa Mink provides billing and claims services for Axiom Associates and other mental health providers. She has 10 years of experience. Services include filing and following up on claims, tracking authorizations and providing reports.
